Alan Riley is a country boy living in the thriving city of Melbourne, Australia. Named as the third most livable city in the world, Melbourne is located in the southeast corner of the country far from where Alan grew up in rural Victoria. Alan and his wife of 19 years, Merilyn–who is an epidemiologist, are raising their two children in the city. Melbourne offers Alan plenty of opportunities to engage in his favorite sport—sailing. The family is active in their church and Alan teaches a group of boys ages nine through ten.

Alan knows about the power of the Internet. He has worked a project manager in the IT industry and has more than 20 years of software development experience.

“It also makes many areas of life a lot easier and quicker with things like online banking, online shopping, and the ability to use search engines such as Google to find information on any topic you can think of,” Alan said. “My kids don’t know anything about old fashioned things like encyclopedia’s, but they sure know about Google!”

Alan is harnessing the power of the Internet to share his enthusiasm about bedding sets online. His experience with his own children has taught him what a change in the bedding set can do.

“Having had kids I’ve had to paint and decorate their bedrooms,” Alan said. As they grow older, their personalities develop and the things they like keep changing.   That means their bedrooms are constantly changing as well. Bedding sets are such a great way of doing this since they are relatively cheap and much easier way of redecorating than re-painting or re-wall papering.  A good bed set can totally alter the ambience of a room and really reflect the character of the room’s owner – this applies to any bedroom, not just children’s bedrooms.”

Alan is looking forward to showing other parents the variety of bedding sets and how they can change the look of their child’s room. He welcomes any comments or questions.
